Water

It’s recommended that you arrive fully hydrated to receive a massage. Water is full of energy, it is free flowing, adaptable, and flexible.

A fully hydrated body is composed of roughly 75% water. When the body is hydrated, it functions at its optimal level. Your body tissue is more flexible; and thus, is more open to change…more open to healing and restoration.

Follow your massage with plenty more water. During your session, Lydia will be working deeply and will loosen toxins and waist that are stored in the body. It us up to you to flush those toxins and waist from the body. If they are allowed to resettle, discomfort and a feelings of sickness can occur…much like when your body is fighting off a cold or flu.

Make the most of your session. Drink a sufficient amount of water. Take your body weight in pounds and divide that number by 2: that is the number of ounces of water one should drink in a day.
